I praise

Delighted with light

Agalidathar Meyyai Andathu Vithai
Pugalidathendranai Bodhavitthanaip
Pagalidathum Iravum Panindethi
Igalidath theirul neengi Nindrene.
*****

I praise night and day the truth that expands beyond space, the seed

of the planets, stars and moons of the Universe, the Truth directed me to search and find itself his sole refuge. By praising the truth and being with it always, I stand in the present moment shining bright as the union of my understanding with the supreme truth has dispelled all darkness. - Swahilya Shambhavi.

Welcome Meena. Though the sky and the sun is the same world over, this one is above Mount Road above the Soencer's Plaza bus stop!
The difference of the light is the manner in which the clouds part to allow it to express through them.
Just the way the mind gives way to express the light of consciousness.

Dear swahilya, to praise the truth remembers us, that it could be otherwise. We could fall prey to illousion and wander through a live of misunderstandings only to realize in the moment of death, of what one had been deprived.

Yes Ray, to praise the truth is one way of being with the truth. It requires the trainig of a lifetime, to be able to remember truth at the moment of death. And as it is said, know the truth and the truth shall set you free. All practice of Yoga and meditation, prayer, religion or anything in the name of spirituality is to becoming more and more familiar with this truth.

To be in the present is to live in Truth. Truth exists only in this moment. Lovely post
